On our Santa Barbara properties, there are several private athletic clubs, including tennis clubs, a Polo and Racquet Club, and many other private and public athletic sporting clubs. We also have Santa Barbara properties near country clubs where there is an active golfing scene. If you’re not into athletic scene we also have Santa Barbara properties on the coast of the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy the view of one of our many lovely beaches. The water temp ranges between 50 degrees during the winter up to around 70 degrees during the summer surrounding these great Santa Barbara properties.
