Honest feedback about your home, so please don’t take it personally. My job is to sell your house, not to just make you feel good (though I try). I won’t come in and give you an unrealistic price for your house just to get a listing. When there are changes in the market, buyers’ reactions to your property may change with it. You must be kept informed about what buyers are sensing when they look at your home. I have had very good luck with getting honest feedback from other agents who show the houses.
