What Makes a House Sell?

This one’s easy: whenever a buyer is ready to see it. I have sold lots of homes without an appointment. I try to be sensitive to buyers and I can often tell when they’re “ready.” I always try to make appointments, but sometimes the right time is . . . now. If at all possible and convenient, be flexible and let us in!
